Account Coordinator

As an account coordinator, Remy is responsible for conducting media monitoring, gathering background research, supporting senior staff on various client assignments, coordinating client meetings and providing administrative support.
Prior to joining WMG, Remy interned for Customer Services Experts, where she conducted competitive analysis of Web sites within the industry. She gained extentive knowledge of mystery shopping, training and consulting strategies implemented for client companies.

In addition to her experience in customer service field, Remy has a background in non-profit work. She oversaw the media relations team for a senior project with Just Neighbors, a Virginia-based organization, specializing in legal services for documented and undocumented workers. Her work included social-media outreach, national and regional media lists, and composing press releases.

Remy is a graduate of American University. She holds a Bachelor’s of the Arts in Public Communication, with a minor in French. In 2007, she spent a semester studying the French language and culture at the Sorbonne in Paris, France.
