Assistant Account Executive

As an account coordinator, Nicole is responsible for conducting media monitoring, outreach and research, supporting senior staff on various client assignments, coordinating client meetings and providing administrative support.

Prior to joining the Walker Marchant Group, Nicole was a freelance consultant for MZD Advertising and Allen/Ortiz Consulting. She worked for MZD's statewide youth movement, VOICE, coordinating event logistics for annual youth summits and leading brainstorming and keynote sessions.

During her time with Allen/Ortiz she traveled to various cities delivering keynote addresses and leading brainstorming sessions for youth activism projects.

She also assisted in media trainings for adult participants in the activism projects.
Nicole completed and internship with the Indiana Statehouse Democratic Caucus in 2006, where she assisted three Indiana Representatives. She coordinated schedules, worked with district constituents and monitored legislation for individual legislators. Nicole maintained all constituent communications and compiled statistics on district voter surveys.

Nicole graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Public Affairs, with a concentration in Management. She was a member of the Indiana University Student Foundation Steering Committee that coordinated and carried out the nation's largest intramural event, the Little 500.
