Natalie Dean
Senior Account Executive
As an account executive, Natalie provides support to senior level executives
in crisis communications, multicultural outreach, media relations, event
planning and strategic planning. In her position, she is responsible
for conducting research, developing media strategy, designing communications
plans and assisting with organizing new-business presentations for a variety
of corporate clients including Best Buy, Inc., SSP America and the Washington
Convention Center Authority.
Prior to joining WMG, Natalie was an Account Executive at Millennium
3 Management (M3M) in Philadelphia, PA. There, she led the public
relations and advertising initiatives for Pennsylvania's largest medical
assistance managed care health plan. She communicated key messages
through various media channels to defined target audiences to establish
goodwill and understanding between the organization and its public.
Prior to her tenure at M3M, Natalie interned at Radio One Corporation
in Philadelphia, PA; Cool Girls, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia; and Edelman
in New York. She has provided public relations guidance and direction
to a host of independent entertainment artists and non-profit organizations
over the course of her career.
Natalie, a native of Philadelphia, PA, graduated from Clark Atlanta University
(CAU) with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Mass Media Arts/Public
Relations. While a student, she served in various leadership capacities,
including president of the CAU Chapter of the Public Relations Student
Society of America. Natalie currently resides in Silver Spring,
Maryland.
